RE: 1 million sharesAccording to the "Last 10 Trades" on TMX.com, there were 3 transactions of 5500, 3000 and 3000 sold by Jitney Trade Inc to Scotia Capital at 0.690 between 3:57 pm and 3.59 pm.  The trades before 3:57 pm, i.e., 3.54 pm were at 0.70/share.

It appears a day trader at Jitney closing his/her trade by the end of the day.
