RE: RE: RE: RE: ChartIt is true that the share price post 2008 has traded at a discount to NAV, and likely it will be this way for at least the short term . Though I think it also has to be noted that the NAV was not publically announced on a monthly basis and there has always been a lag in the information, and a disconnect between the underlying value and making the decision to buy or sell.  Sure we can all take a stab at trying to figure out the value between quarters but how accurate is this really? Especially when purchases below $1M aren't  always released. So looking back historically and trying to compare share price to what NAV was and get some kind of ratio between the two is misleading. It would be one thing if NAV was publically known at the time of sales/purchases.

Anyway the point is that now that NAV will be released regularly I believe it will reduce volatility....at least somewhat. Which may or may not be a good thing depending on how you trade. Though obviously Pinetree believes this is will be good for share price long term or they wouldn't do it.
