Distribution actually much lower -I notice the distribution is shown to be nearly 10% (9.7166%).
However, this is the OLD distribution before this years conversion. The NEW distribution - as announced by the company on oct 7th 2010 - is to be 25cents.per annum per share. This equates to about half of the old distribution and is closer to 5%. It is, by the way, to be paid out on a quarterly rather than monthly basis
The fact that sites such as web broker still show the old distribution is in my view very unfair to newer investors who think they are buying a share in a company paying out nearly 10%.
