OPEX rough trading

Really hard trading this week, except monday, unfortunately I gave it all back, and I know better too, just like this mess I'm in with TCK, I know better. Why do I keep repeating the same mistakes? I won't say how much but last month at this time I lost a lot of money, and almost quit, I made most of it back this month that was great, and now Im back in the dog house aging. How many times will it take before I learn proper risk management, and to take profits and stops?
Greed gets me every single time, every time I sell the stock goes up a few days later, so now i'm holding and I just can't seem to win. I hate to say it but this thing could flush to to 54.80. What to do...
