Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Lee...

Lee...
he got into Mongolia early enough to beat others to the prize.. anyway you look at owning PCY shares investors have little risk as now there would be a lineup to buy PCY COAL company for a handsome profit to shareholders.

Ya got to know when to hold em and when to fold em and keep some powder dry incase the markets forget about the good companys in a big selldown! It happened in 2008 and people could have bought TEC coal for about $3.00 as it looked like they could go bankrupt... some did like OIL... that's why PCY looks good with no debt if the waters get stormy.

In the worst case scenerio if markets went south we would or could have a chance at buying PCY for about .50 cents... i could handle that... keep some powder dry as the markets are ignoring the turmoil on most fronts.

Just musing thru rose colored glasses.
