MVC, located in Chile, has a long-term contract with the El Teniente Division (DET) of Corporacion Nacional del Cobre de Chile (Codelco) to process fresh and historic tailings from El Teniente. The Company operates in one segment, the production of copper concentrates under a tolling agreement with DET.

RE: Hydro costs

Based on recent past power usage I can approximate the power cost as follows:
Power Cost (MM$/period) = 5.3 X copper production(MMLbs) X Power Costs($/KWH)
For example for the most recent quarter: 5.3*13.3*0.17= $12MM.
Just a ballpark calc. using historical power usage of 5.3 KWH/ LB Cu.
