         The reason you won't see CLL move with oil is because of investor sentiment. CLL currently has to prove that it worth every cent of sp. Basically to boil it all down, there arn't many investor out there today that are willing to price in the higher oil price today for CLL, they will wait until earnings have moved and then CLL sp will respond.
