You'll note Vladimir is the insider dude that just made a bundle on a whack of Neo Materials Tech (NEM) shares that he has been selling recently...so i guess buddy was looking for somewhere to put his big windfall and decided to buy ML with it. That's a nice vote of confidence!!!
