Activities in the Chinchaga area
There is some interesting rumors coming out towards what is happening in and around the Chinchaga area to the East and north of the Mooncor lands.
Pace Oil and Gas is presently did some drilling this winter in the 100-4 W6 area. It is stating a TD of 1532-1637 all directional well locations as to data base from ERCB. I believe it is the Banff Formation that they are looking at. Possible new liquids play as time will tell.
Large land area posted for land sale in and around this from surface to basement on the April 20, 2011 land sale. Possible that there is some Muskwa liquids rich gas in that area as well
Present locations drilled this winter. Looking like possible pads for directional drills.
