Well for starters, I believe you have let some of this shake you.

We all look like superstars when we were "in the money" but as soon as we dip below we start second guessing ourselves. Many of the longs here have put out plenty of DD. Print it off so that you can go for a coffee and re-read it. Then pick up the phone (while enjoying your coffe and NOT staring at this board or the screen) and give a call to the company. Talk to Michael, Cam and even Elmer.

I think this will help you get focused again on why you invested.
