RE: RE: Reserves and inferred resources

RE: RE: Reserves and inferred resources    In our excitement regarding the potential stock, we shouldn't forget the pivotal role played by Mr James R Anderson in bringing about the original change in Genco's poorly regarded management team, and leading the Company forward .

Using his influence as the single largest shareholder, he brought about the house-cleaning which led the way to re-developing Genco's resources from the ground up, dispensing with stock hype and promotion.

He then had the wisdom, very much like Rob McEwan in the case of Goldcorp, to know that more solid mining skills were needed to exploit Genco's metal resources than the Company had at the time.

He also had the business acumen to appreciate the talents of Silvermex's management team, and could see the benefits of bringing the two parts, i.e. excellent management and excellent resources, together to make something greater than either part on its own.

And so, today, we stand on the brink of Silvermex's great leap forward!  He did what he did, partly for altruistic reasons I'm sure, but, shunning salary, he also did it for the good of all the shareholders,  ex-Genco and Silvermex.

My thanks go out to Mr. Anderson, without whom all of this would not have been possible - or would have taken significantly longer to pull together.
