In our excitement regarding the potential stock, we shouldn't forget the pivotal role played by Mr James R Anderson in bringing about the original change in Genco's poorly regarded management team, and leading the Company forward .

Exactly. He's the guy that fought the long uphill battle, to push Gardner and Hughes out to pasture, and get this company going again. Guys like him make things happen. The old guard was content to pull salaries, and mine shareholders.
