Options are "BONUS" cash... and are exercised at the discretion of ALL employees... it says NOTHING about a company's performance or percieved performance. simply that an employee is going on an all inclusive...or fixing up the homestead...THERE ARE far more telling tea leaves out there than someone exercising options... and given the market pullbacks...I would hazard to guess that plenty of MORE options across the board are being exercised...NOTHING like a short term panic sell off to do a little bargain hunting
