RE: RE: RE: worst deal ever (I'm out)
At current Storm share price, offer is worth .42 cents per Bellamont share. What caught my eye was Storms January press release: The executive management group of Storm, led by Mr. Brian Lavergne as

Just found out about the takeover. I am absolutely livid. We have a NAV of $1.05 and only 20 of 150 locations booked. What the heck is the reasoning for selling for 47 cents and how

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: What makes SRX so valuable?
Now they are saying that the 20 day moving average for SRX was $3.88 instead of the $3.75 specified in the press release. Strange mistake to have made. Be that as it may, the real issue for me is the

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: What makes SRX so valuable?

RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: What makes SRX so valuable?

RE: RE: RE: RE: What makes SRX so valuable?
If everyone takes the maximum available amount of cash: $20 million cash divided by 151 million BMX shares outstanding (Dec 7 press release) = 13.2 cents per share. I think you would then get the

RE: RE: RE: What makes SRX so valuable?
Based on my math which should be taken with a grain of salt, if everyone takes the cash, one ends up with 13.23 cents in cash and .110466 SRX share per BMX share. With the current $3.30 price on SRX
