share price/ insiders
When you look back to the day the deal was anounced you would think the share price would have rocketed to at least 0.50 to 0.53 which would have left some room for a premium at the closing of the deal, but the immediate selling pressure into the release was overwhelming....why? At first blush we were looking at 0.56 cents a share it would take most investors, especially those with jobs, some time to digest the minutia of the deal. This was definately people with prior knowledge to the details of the deal (insiders) who sold. The more I think about it the more pissed I get.

This deal is brutal. I want the cash for my shares, but I think everyone else does too. Might have the bite the bullet and get off this train wreck. Not sure why I buy these juniors....only get screwed in the end.
