Re: Gold ComparisonSome of you will recall that I posted a gold comparison on 3-4-11 in which I used the 176 grams silver over 19 meters drill result and used an approx. 40 to 1 gold/silver ratio to arrive at approx. 84 gram- meters of gold equivelent. I indicated that 50 gram-meters of gold was a vague general rule of thumb, subject to many variables, as being the minimum required for a mineable gold deposit. In an effort to mediate recent disagreements over tonnage values, I now make the same calculation for the drill result of 442 grams silver over 20 meters. 20 X 442 yields 8840 gram-meters of silver, which divided by 40 yields221 gram-meters of gold equivelent. I can assure anyone that 221 gram-meters of gold is more than high grade, it is in fact bonanza grade gold. I hope this is of some assistance. Goldsoldat.qxgt
