Perhaps it was time for the CEO to leave, to get a new approach.

I would generelly give them some credit for one time charges. ie. The 1.9 million in conversion costs and 2nd q debt repayment of 2 million.. That 3.9 would have influenced the numbers to a large extent. The problem is that, these one time charges and other suprise hand grenades have been a pretty common occurence.

This is a small float company that is hard to get out of if in a hurry.....I know from past expeience. This is a small  company that is a cyclical.....perhaps not the best geared to the trust structure, If they can stabilize the decline of sales and firm up the payout ratio, I would be happy to put in some money, The upside is, the next housing boom could really set this company moving
