What I am saying is this is pretty much standard stuff. My guess is that they did not anticipate foaming since they express the proteins in 'low' temperature. I am sure it can be solved.

And no, I don't suggest to snoop around at the plant. Call headquarter, state you are an investor requesting a site visit (since you are in the area anyways). Just the interaction of the people there will tell you lots. I do agree - this exercise would be lot easier if a institutional analyst would go there. It is not uncommon that they do.
