    from 5,000 up to 7,000 tonnes per day;

    Impact and Benefits Agreement;
--  Establishment of a Quebec-based owner's team for mine development; and
--  A separate Feasibility Study and Environmental Assessment for a power
    line to connect the project to the

    network.
