the 3rd party evauation was done more for investors then for the sale of the poet technology. The patent on the poet would run 20 to 22 years. The CEO is an old employee of Intel so i think he knows all the in's and outs of the chip industry... i don't see them selling the golden goose. This chip changes everything.. the licensing $$$ alone would easily make the sale price of $ 1 billion look real puny!

the SP of OPL is real puny considering the potential of the wonder chip... i'm a bit worried that the POET could get spun-off and create another stock.
