There are several reasons why the sp's are different.
01 only has 60M outstanding shares, R1 has 388M; so if all other variables were equal, the 01 price would always be higher. You are comparing apples and oranges.
Even at 60 cents, 01 is worth less than half of the market value R1 at 19 cents.
(01 = $36M, R1 = $74M)
01 valuation reacts only to patent news since they don't really have any sales. That's why they lost about $78 million of market value over the weekend with that unfavourable ruling.
R1 valuation reacts to future potential business, which is a much more practical business model.
01 was established in 1992, so they're not exactly just starting out.
