RE: how long a compagny can survive...Bankrupt  well morally yes but what will likely happen is a consolidation and a new news release of some spectacular find that will draw some attention to the company. This enables management to issue warrants and options to themselves and then pump the stock to make thier money. Nothing illegal in what they are doing just ethically wrong. Caveat emptor.
