- both government and companies were using R1 products before the crisis; how did you miss all that information evidenced in the financial results?

- yes, and R1 technology will help them save money by not having to maintain so much software on many local computers; instead they only have to maintain the architecture on each server.

- because under the budget crisis, government spending was limited to mirroring spending in the prior year; R1 didn’t receive several purchase orders until later in 2010, therefore without a new budget, new spending couldn’t happen until later in 2011;
- now that the budget is in place new spending can occur sooner (ie anytime now).
Re: “the US limit on borrowing is up and all money will be gone unless they pass a bill to increase their borrowing amounts”
- as mentioned above, R1 technology will save money, this is the type of change/technology that the US Government needs right now.
