Looks like the government may have been contributing to the capital costs all along but I'm not 100 % sure???? Not sure where you got the $361 million  total capital cost but it could well be right. Is the $247 million what Nevsun has paid and $114 million what Eritria has paid?


Here's a nice thought.  Previous BNN link has video of someone thinking gold might run to $2000 and silver to $50.
From 2007 press release cost of gold production is around $150/oz "The operating cost per ounce for gold is after taking silver production as a credit."

2011 Gross profit should be around 400,000 oz gold * $1200 profit per oz ... or over 500 million. Nevsun gets 300 million ($1.5 per share) and Eritrea gets 200 million.  Should have similar results for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015 before dropping off slightly for the remaining 8 years.
