well isn't this interesting

well isn't this interestingA few points

The group that has JV'd takes the minority shareholding and does so because they have certain strategic advantages. They would not position themselves like this unless they were confident that their position was worth it to them and that the company they were JVing with had the abilty to carry the ball. Otherwise they would go for control or ignored us completly.

They would not have come to this decision unless they were confident in the company and in the product and that would indcate to me that they have seen  the technology and done their due diligence and they believe that they can make serious money from this association and the technology we bring to the table.

I would also hazard a guess that while certain companies/potential customers have had the technology to use and test (and the company has suffered the slings and arrows of people vexed at the seeming delay) Wescorp has been able to take advantage of having a real life display to take other due diligence seekers to see.
Nothing sells like seeing a full scale real life working application.

And now we wait for more -because there WILL be more.
I refer you back to an earlier post that discussed the reaction of those of us who hold shares right now. How many current shareholders who bought stock at over 25 cents are going to be dumping stock now? How many shareholders who bought stock at 8 to 12 cents are going to bail out just as it looks like the party is starting? More likely both groups are going to cramp up and not be supplying stock to the new buyers and that means a potential for stock price increase as those on the outside try to entice somebody to sell. We should see some standoff days (and may have already) where we see 500 shares traded because buyers and sellers are postioning themselves and little bits of shares as odd lots and leftovers get grabbed at lower price but when those are gone the next step is the staring contest with buyers and sellers waiting to see who blinks first.
And thats where a bit more news can break the stalemate and make the buyers blink.
This is a game where it isnt just the technology its the ability to time the news and the promotion of both product and company and I see Mr. Power in my minds eye as a late night TV marketer saying to the already excited audience  - "But wait there's more!!!"
LOL funny image but potential for some serious benefit for us all.
