RE: RE: RE: well isn't this interestingExcellent point rxp. Though it was before I got on board those were heady times indeed. A crisis and an opportunity and Wescorp was not the only company that thought they could make inroads. There were pronouncements every day from companies and individuals who claimed to have the solution. Some even had the backing of movie stars whom we know are vested by their profession to be experts in anything they should feel the need to speak out about. Actually it was around that time that Wescorp got my attention as I was trying to compare technologies.

It did not turn out to be as easy to get to prove yourself and in short order some controls on who got to do what and why were in place and the weight of bureacratic inertia was brought to bear. At that time I was following some of the various technologies being offered as potential investment opportunities and every one of them hit the wall of resistance and stalled. That being said it would seem to me that tieing in with a company that actively promotes technology to folks like the Coast Guard and Navy and working with them to get approvals etc would go a long way towards getting a chance to be first in line to show our stuff when the next oil spill occurs.

As long as Wescorp did not burn bridges in the first go round another opportunity will present itself and anything we can do to make inroads with the regulatory and administrative agencies who are called to act when an oil spill occurs will help us get noticed - with or without a movie star.
