RE: RE: tdMore than likely it is a program, or bot, or trading bot, or whatever you want to call it that instantly moves the price down after a higher trade. It cross trades with itself. Eventually, if others put on orders at  .37, it should have to chew through their bids or it will have to move the price floor higher. This is a regular happening with TD on the venture. You can notice it will thinly traded/slow moving penny stocks.
