BZA will have close to a quarter billion shares when current warrants are exercised in a year.

There would be a rebellion if more shares were issued.  Besides, they have plenty of money  for this year and they will have $3m in free cash flow per month by September.

There will be no more share issues until,the price rises to $1 and then an issue would only be done to fund a takeover
