industry moves

industry moveswhat shareholders should watch out for is the increasingly aggressive global landscape in terms of consolidation...... the OMH court action subtext is not alluded to in the linked article, but what is at issue here is that the Chinese are trying to take over the OMH share register by moving the main listing to HK and allowing Chinese investors to soak up a majority shareholding in the company

https://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/mining-energy/om-holdings-shares-halted-as-court-battle-begins/story-e6frg9df-1226041526871

geopolitics is going to play out in a major way in this court case...... and dont be surprised to see a bidding war emerge for OMH - the only pure large scale Mn listed company out there......

the nirvana for CNY is to end up in a similar tug of war at some stage over the coming years.... we live in hope
