MSD/WIN Merged?

MSD/WIN Merged?I agree with JS and many of the board regular posters.  Not at these prices.  I see a merger when WIN is roughly 1/2 of MSD's price, likely 10.00/20.00 or 12.00/24.00. i.e 2 WIN shares for each MSD shares.  I still feel that MSD is overvalued and with WIN being way undervalued, the figures that I mention are not pie in the sky.

With growth forecast at 20-30% per year for the next couple of years and a NASDAQ listing coming in the next 6 mos to a year, a 12.00 WIN stock price is not out of the question and may seem like a stronger lilkelihood as the year progresses.

I would have liked to have seen some mention of the new patent portfolio that they have acquired, that has raised our patent count to over 1300, but that will have to come in the next few months as well.

All in all the fundamental prospects for this company have never looked better..
