I find it curious that they're a start up with no income, little cash and is US based.
It seems they bought rights to 6% of (PBN managed) 5 wells producing 60 barrels from Huron Energy for $144,500.
They think it'll give them cash flow to develop some Alberta land they hold.
I wonder how Huron sold them on a 6% of 60 bo/d deal. Oil is such a strange beast,
