Wave energy was bought out by CPG in Nov 2009 and it's the former Wave management team in charge of Coral Hill Energy- so there's the Crescent Point connection. I guess one could infer the JV partner is CPG based on this connection and also considering that the partner is an intermediate company which rules out Coral Hill.
