RE: RE: How does this compare to KCLI believe Potash One sold for about $2/tonne Proven + Probable + Indicated KCL resource. Based on this value, WPX would be worth 244 MMT Measured and Indicated KCL X $2/T = $488MM. ($488MM/ 161MM shares= $3/share) when the measured resource is assumed to be proven + probable.
Of course this value would increase as the resource is increased.
There are many other considerations, of course, but this worud be a rough  estimate, I believe.
