RE: good discussionSOX - I am not hung up on the old management, I was just wondering if there really was an over all improvement by replacing them. So far they are definitely in the best shape they've ever been in terms of financials. They have a ton of losses on the books which they will carry forward and pay next to no tax until they can start to generate much larger revenues.
I have not been following that closely for the past year, and no I am so bitten by the BS bug with the CCs over the years as far as I am concerned, it is self aggrandizing. They won't tell you more than have to negatively and they'll hopefull manage shareholder expectations to a reasonable understanding. The former management were a bunch of drunken cheerleaders there was no point in listening to a word they say. Do you remember when Mike Denim was the CFO?
That said, these indeed are critical times for Rt1, if they can't pull this off soon there may not be a tomorrow. And BTW - with respect to a 'buy out', Why would anyone buy them out? What is the patent worth? Why not just let them go straight through to chapter 13 (worst case scenario) and get any remaining assets for a song? Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to paint a picture of doom and gloom, moreover potential scenarios of reality - due diligence of risk management. What could happen, what might happen and what will happen still remains to be seen.
I am not as bullish with the current statement of financial position as you may be, but I have to admit, it seems as though they've managed to stop the profuse bleeding. Your Q numbers are coming up and should be a tell tale indicator which way this is heading for all of us shareholders.
