Quebec 2

Quebec 2Quebec 2 (the Landlord) recently received over 34 million shares as a final payment regarding the long term lease that the company had on their Laval offices.  It is obvious that Quebec 2 does not want to keep the shares but instead take a few pennies for the shares.  I question their intelligence regarding this matter.  So far they have sold off 2.3 million shares of the 34 million.  It will take a long time to sell all of those shares and completely destroy the price giving you and me an opportunity to buy in the 4 cent range. It would be better if they found a buyer for the total remaining shares.  An investment banker could do a better job of selling these shares.

I stand ready to take shares at 4 cents.
