The only reason that the stock has not moved is that there are a lot of players playing this stock for a dime or two. You know that old story, buy at 5.90 and sell at 6.10 then buy again when more selling comes in and so on.
One of these days the players are going to get caught with their pants down. Once the IR firm gets their hands on this stock, I believe that you will see much better promotion and handling of the stock.
