(the “Company” or “Columbia Yukon”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Jo Harris to the Company’s Senior Advisory Board. Ms. Harris has over 20 years’ experience building a solid reputation in the public and private sectors supporting socially viable mineral exploration and development projects in British Columbia. In addition to her appointment to Columbia Yukon’s Advisory Board, Ms. Harris has been engaged by the Company to provide consultant services in relation to assisting in moving the Company’s “Storie” property molybdenum project through the early development stage. Her vast experience in mine permitting and approvals, and finding and building on common ground between mining companies and communities, will be a definite asset to us as we manage the development of the Storie property molybdenum project”. Ms. Harris has held the position of Senior Project Manager at the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, and was involved in formulating and implementing public and First Nations engagement strategies at the BC Environmental Assessment Office. She has developed strong working relationships with federal, provincial and regional government agencies, First Nations, communities and industry throughout British Columbia. During her career, Ms. Harris has been involved in over sixty mine openings, closings and expansions in the Province of British Columbia. In connection with the engagement of Ms. Harris, and in accordance with the terms of the Company’s Stock Option Plan, Columbia Yukon has granted Ms. Harris 50,000 stock options, and additionally, the Company has granted 445,000 stock options to certain directors, officers, employees and consultants, all such options at an exercise price of .15 per share and for a term of 5 years.
