aRE: RE: Be Thematic In Your ApproachMan----- are you optimistic or what---don't kid yourself----- as an individual shareholder all your going to see is a little  bump up  in  the stock price. No way in he-l you'll ever see actual cash as a shareholder. A deal may  be made between HBM and VMS, but  it will benifit  VMS as a Co. not you or the next guy as an individual shareholder, management will see to that. JMO
