The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE: RE: RE: PTA Technicals Looking Good...PTA is now fully cashed up with ltd downside risk and looks to be a no brainer at these levels.  Suggest recent 20cent PP has helped established a floor...and fact that PP was heavily subscribed my multiple insiders also obviously extremely postitive.

Suspect folks have likely been selling into the decline for a tax loss for awhile now....with many intending to buy back into the play 30+ days down the road at about the same price or maybe a couple pennies less.  So ...expect we'll likely start to see more and more tax loss sellers buying back into PTA in the next couple months....plus new money flowing in....and then then anticipate it'll be game on once again come aug/sept/oct . And yeah...technicals continue to look positive.
