RE: RE: RE: AB Bakken

RE: RE: RE: AB BakkenCash flow from 400BOE/D (generous prod number???)  is simply NOT going to cut it... a long HZ multi-stage frac at the depth they are drilling here is going to run North of $2MM and probably closer to $3.5-4MM. now factor in flowlines, batteries, et al... and to bring production to somewhere (assuming IP of 300BOE/D) around 5K BOE/D a 15 well program will run about $50MM... OF course that is gross CAPEX. these are just broad numbers and by no means reflect the actual costs... ALL I am saying is... there will be a whole lot more folks jumping on the gravy train in order to get BWD out of the station.

I do agree with ONE point... there isn't much point in building flowline with ONE well...I would also suggest that folks be on the look out for that kind of proposed expenditure...IF LEG ot BWD announce flowline construction... THEN maybe AB Bakken IS the next PLAY..

GLTA It's my opinion git yer own.
