 BCM has already been getting pounded since the middle of Mar.  Rio has had a smart comeback since the weinies dumped first thing this morning. Looks like maybe someone who predicted 1.40 - 1.60 made a fool of himself.
Royalties will likely be increased to bring them in line with those in Brazil......nothing wrong with that.
