RE: RE: RE: Still recommend SELLThe math indicates 47 m3 of wood per ha. this equates to one highway logging truck load per ha. The estimate of 48,000,000 m3 only equates to 120 m3 per ha. This is not much wood per ha. A typical pine stand in BC is about 300m3 /ha. A coastal stand averages 750 to 1500 m3 / ha. My point is that nothing is economical at 47 m3/ ha. Sino Forest would conduct fairly detailed cruise and inventory analysis. Their estimates of 48 million m3 sounds reasonable.
