Highest Revenue yet still the same 2 mil loss

Highest revenue but still lost 2million which is what they normally average, not making much sense here?

They are backlogged, which means they are producing at 100%, and generated 1.5 million. I don't see how they will generate more revenue if they are currently producing at max rate. That is unless projects aren't showing yet on the bottom line.
