I just checked my share cert from the Placement at 14 cents done some months ago.  I tink there were several tranches but my certs are free trading on the 10th.  One of the safest bets in the game is to short juniours before a big placement comes off the hold period.  But the effect is normally seen when the stock is way above issue price-why would shareholders be crowding the exits to realize a 20% loss? 
Hopefully we will absorb the loose stock quickly before we get results and some traction.
