first of all the pension funds can't buy any junior stock in peru so you need to have more information, what they can buy are major miner stocks like buenaventura, southerncooper  or another major companies from peru like credicorp, so if they are buying the lima index its going up and all the optimistic people that thinks humala wont be a radical will buy, but lets see how will the stock behaive in teh following days
