RE: insider sellingThey  are  selling  because   they  are  replacing  fully  paided  stock  with  options  .  They   were  supposed   to reduce   the  number  of  shares   by  doing  a reverse  split   to  get  the stock  up   to  where  it  would  be marginable  and  of  interest  to   institutional  investors    but   the  President   came  up   with damm  lousy   excuses   why  he couldn,t  get  it  done  .
