i think the 1 mm ounces were for discussion only. we can  speculate but the resource calculation due out later this month/july will be something we have to live with for a long time.
 
if they can show continuity from cs to iris the lid will come off of this thing. 
 
whatever the calculation ends up being, additional step out and infill drilling will create enough speculation that getting to 2mm ounces (gross) will not be a difficult thing and the market will react accordingly.
as for san rafael, its in an attractive area. historically good grades from that area and if they've got ownership of the property it can create excitement for the market. there is nothing wrong in acquiring assets. what would be interesting is if they could find someone to farm in on the property and get a carried interest to bankable feasability. thats a different discussion but keep in mind that these guys are strong, geologically speaking, and they've got the ears and phone numbers of cheque writers all over the world.
 
i've placed a small bet but its going to get bigger.
