Nothing has changed in the business math here on FIU,,,,,,,,,,it has only improved,,,,,,and I bet it will improve that much again next quarter,,,,, and that much again the quarter after that and so on and so on!! ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it just gives the newbies an excellent entry point for a 3 year hold!! Wish to begeeze I was that lucky!!
