HRT new operator in 1711?

HRT had an inauguration ceremony in Namibia a few days ago on the occassion of the opening of its office in
Windhoek.Marcio Mello was there and a lot of other important people.Last year in june there was an operating committee meeting for 1711 taking place.Could be that they had or will have a new meeting soon.This will be the first time HRT is involved.Marcio Mello mentioned that HRT will performe exploration activities in 12 blocks.
HRT is operator in 10 blocks and have a carried interest in 1711A and 1711B.That means that exploration will
continue in 1711.Maybe with HRT as new operator?In the last article they say that HRT will lead exploration
activities in all of the 12 blocks.
