The statement from the Namibian minister is clear:
“It should be clear that the Ministry will not tolerate any situation where a licence holder wasters valuable time without making any effort to carry out exploration activities,” the Energy Director said. "
Imo they wont have any choice but not to remove Sintez if they wont finance their part in 1711.
I also think that 1711 would fit HRT.Mello collected blocks around Kudu,he is of the opinion that there should be oil
near that accumulation of gas.He has said:"if I see a little baby I look for its mama".
We know there is gas in 1711,that gas could have a mama too.
